   To every Ying there is a Yang. New Orleans has also been the victim of one of the worlds largest natural disasters, the city has seen the top of the murder capital city charts, poverty levels, addiction, mental illness and a feeling of despair like no other.

   As the city recovers from Katrina's devastation, major redevelopments have occurred to attract tourist and try to rebuild its community. The displacement of long time, close knit residence is being replaced by new residence.
